This remains one of my favourite pieces. There’s something about the low-tech nature of this learning device that appeals. Combine great story-telling, excellent production and the element of surprise and you have the means to bring history to life in an instant. It’s also great when you get the opportunity to see an idea work in real life, as I did when we visited classrooms.
